New Sword time

I can neither confirm nor deny that The Book Of Eli is in my DVD collection...........but I just finished this 20 1/2in overall with a 14 3/16in blade tip to handle. It's somewhere between a short sword and a very large knife. I used black G10 with thick orange G10 liners and stainless tubes for the handle slabs. The blade is 1/4in thick 5160 with a nice hamon that I cannot capture on film right now. I will try and get a better pic or two later but after a graveyard shift and a few hours in the shop, I am going to crash soon. Just wanted to share this one right away

Looks good, Bill, and I can see where you emulated the big pommel knot ol' Eli had on his wrapped handle. Kind of glad you left out the holes on the blade, though.
