We have just released our newest blade to our site.
Tactical Jian Sword
This was originally a custom request from a customer (Micheal Ceracchi, who is also the original designer of our Orc Cleaver). We liked how this one turned out so well we’ve made it available to order from our site. This double-edged straight sword was historically used during the last 2,500 years in China. It is one of the more common Ancient Chinese Swords. The guard protects the hand from an opposing blade, with an added pommel for balance and to prevent the hand from sliding if the grip were to be loosened. It is a multipurpose cut and thrust weapon capable of stabbing, as well as making both precise cuts and slashes, as opposed to specializing in one form of use. Designed for usage under extreme conditions and is virtually indestructible.
Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.
