I am looking for a new custom tactical knife and i am undecided between a RJ Martin knife, a Lightfoot knife, or a Terzuola ATCF. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
:)

Welcome to the Forums.
Of the three makers mentioned Bob Terzoula is the father of the tactical style knife and his ATCF is his flagship folder.
Light foot makes a lot of cool folders but my favs arethe M1 and Suppressor.
Randy Martins folders are another good choice with his Avenger at the top of my list.
Again welcome.

RJ Martin makes some VERY nice hard use folders. The Avenger, Devastator (my favorite) and the Trooper. All have a 4.25 inch blade of .175" S30V steel ground to the one of the sharpest edges I've ever had in a knife. He is also making a smaller version of the Avenger called the Contender at 3.5" blade. Check out www.robertsoncustomcutlery.com for pictures of all 4 of these with most probably available.

As Randy said Bob T. is the Father of the tactical folder and his ATCF is a very nice knife. Never had a Lightfoot, but have been tempted many times to pull the trigger.

You could buy just about any knife from those makers and if you find you didnt like them, probably would have no problem selling them, especially the RJ Martin folders.

I would love to have a Terzuola ATCF in my collection, but the price puts it outa my budget.

I have a Lightfoot LCC which I am very pleased with. I also like his older Warhead folder. Greg makes a bulletproof folder and is a darned nice guy as well who took time off his busy pre-blade schedule to fix my LCC which I bought in pretty dire condition from another collector for no extra charge other than shipping.

My RJ martin Kozuka is my favourite neck knife - single grind A2 and sharp as only RJ can do them - he justly deserves the praise for delivering some of the most frightening edges on blades.

If you are looking for other makers, I can wholeheartedly recommend Kit Carson's Model 4 and Model 16 and Mike Obenauf's Model 2.
