Sorry no pics yet...still at work. Just picked up the Tango Umnumzaan LE today and it looks awesome.
Neil at TNK was great to deal with. I placed the order on Thursday at 11AM and it was waiting for me at the FedEx depot on Fri at 8AM.

Came with the blue cloth which is nice.

In talking to Neil, there was only 30 of them made and once they are gone, that's it. He has about 3 left, so don't wait.

Chris's methodology behind the Dynamic Tip was to improve the cutting ability of the Tango...so I am told.

Have been wanting to pick one of these up hope they don't sell out before I can get the money together!

Congrats! I love those tanto crks!
What exactly is limited about these knives, what makes them different?
Is it only the dynamic tip?

the lanyard is different too...ha.
and the number of units...apparently only 30...not numbered of course.

unlike some other tanto blades, the front tip of this blade is razor sharp.
 
Wow those pics definitely do way better justice to the LE tanto umnum than the ones on Truenorthknives. Great job!

i was thinking the same, too...except you would have to spend $800 to see it happen...ha.

i was trying to decide between the Tanto LE and the StarTac, but since I had a reg Zaan (in the past) with the same blade as the StarTac, I went for the Tanto LE this time. but i do miss the semi-sharp harpoon shape of the original Zaan blade.
