I like the fact you mention there may be a few imperfections here and there and made it out of 3/32" stock. Looks like a great tool that's meant to be used. I've seen some custom machete's use 3/16" or even 1/4" stock, which is completely disconnected to what a machete is supposed to do in my opinion.
 
should we expect to see this pattern in a mass produced format, with a coated blade and neon green handle, for a retail of somewhere around $169.95? ;)
 
Happy Father's Day to you too Mike, that's an awesome piece of steel... absolutely devastating in any kind of combat situation too, of course, and a particular favourite down here in Africa. Kind of a working man's pirate cutlass. :)
