New Tenacious Exclusive coming out?

Anybody see the DLTtrading Tenacious model coming out soon? It's listed as a Red Check Exclusive, and the scales are purple G10 I believe...what are your thoughts?

I'm not sure what Red Check is, but I kinda dig the purple G-10. It looks to be the same material as the Polestar's G-10.
 
about time they change things up with the tenacious!although mine seems to spend most of its time in-box,my index finger gets lost at the worst time!when closing its blade(not good).
 
We the people want a Tenacious in a super steel! I will back this up with my wallet if you let me Sal ;) It's such a great design it speaks for itself!
 
Not sure this is exclusive to DLT: GPK posted a similar product which is listed as a sprint run. I hope Spyderco uses more of this new scale material in the future (looks nice IMO).

Not all of us. When the price doubles, its no longer a Tenacious. The value aspect of the Tenacious lineup is what makes it successful. Cold Steel too lost its way when it went away from AUS-8, and the prices went way up.

A sprint run of something different does not change the base product.
 
That's purple not red and it's not exclusive to one dealer. Perhaps it's a distributor exclusive.
 
I sez to myself I sez: "When the Tenacious is made with a premium steel, I will have one in my pocket".
