New Terassaur for trade - SOLD

I am not posting this in the exchange because I'm not necessarily looking to sell it. I did however just buy a new Ladyfinger so I am a little more flexible in letting this go for a different Fiddleback that I haven't tried. There are so many more I would like to handle but I don't have that kind of cash flow. :D

This was Andy's original description and price:

Terassaur with pretty full height grind on 5/32" thick 3D Spalted 01 steel and black burlap from Shadetree ($270 shipped with sheath)

I am looking for a similar condition (new or like new) Bushfinger, Bushcrafter, Bourbon Street Skinner or other Fiddlebacks of this size range. I'll sell it if someone is interested for what I paid so I can buy one of the blades I've listed.

Hi Dave,

I would be all over this if the Terrasaur had a convex sabergrind grind. I have been waiting for a convex sabergrind grind Terrasaur for some time in 5/32" or even 3/16" with some Shadetree burlap, but alas, it remains a miss. Sorry Dave. :(

Hey no problem Mark. We all have our tastes and interests. That is what is so cool about Andy's knives.There are so many options and variations. That is exactly why I started this thread. I really like the full height convex on this but I just want to check out a a few others. It's a good position to be in because if nothing comes along that works for both parties I still have a sweet Terassaur that I will use the heck out of.

I actually have been impressed with the full convex hunter I have compared to the saber grind BF in the same thickness. It is a mean slicer!
 
I should mention that I'm only looking for other convex trades.

Mist - I haven't used this one yet for just this reason. (sale or trade) If this doesn't get traded it's getting used very soon. I'll just have to buy a Bushcrafter or ??? down the road. :D

Thanks Heber but I might have already found it with this Terassaur. :D I don't know that I'm actually looking for anything. Again I just thought I would try this to check out others that I haven't owned. That said, I will not be dissapointed at all keeping this beauty.
 
Understood. Oh- you should have your sheath by Friday - went our yesterday Priority. Pics are a must! ;)

Just letting you guys know the Terassaur from this thread will be going up for sale on the exchange in the next day or so. I have to fund some purchases. (yes other Fiddlebacks :D) I want to give the regular forum members a chance before it hits the exchange.

I'm a bit confused. I'm sorry for any confusion but this was sold months ago.
 
How do you edit the title of a thread you created? I've tried to edit some of my titles in the past without success. I cannot seem to figure it out.
