Yeah, I know, but on my screen there's a thumbnail view that does work if you click to enlarge it.

I'm a relatively new Mac user, and the instructions don't seem to work for uploading from a Mac.

Thanks for putting the full photo up for me. :)

What are the scales made from? What steel did you use for the blade? Inquiring minds gotta know these things! That folder is too nice lookin' to remain such a mystery. :D

All the best,

There'a description of the knife on the Gallery, Mike.

It has a 2 1/2" ATS34 blade, vine filework on the blade spine, Ti bolsters anodized a gold color, open linerlock construction (no back spacer), and stabilized redwood burl handle scales. The liners are also anodized to match the bolsters.

The bolsters and scales are fitted together with a dovetail.

A really light little pocket knife for every day use, not just for Sunday. :)

It belongs to Terrill. Want a similar one?

Thanks for the compliment.

It's a beautifully crafted piece, Don, and I love the way the gold anodized bolsters work with the redwood burl. The blade shape is my favorite for this type of gent's folder. However, we're on a tight budget here that excludes knife purchases for the time being. I can't even get the money up to buy a CRKT Desert Cruiser right now. :o

But anyway, I love the piece and I appreciate you providing the stats too.

All the best,
Mike U.

This is a beautiful knife. I'm a big fan of the Wharncliffe and this is pretty close to perfect! I've sent you an email.
