Hello All,

Busy week at my shop. I forged out & finished two Damascus hunters, and made two of my stock removal AUK (Acre Utility Knives). The Damascus was surplus from the steel I made for sword fittings.

Damascus Hunter with Damascus guard. Bocote handle with Tung oil finish.

All were for standing orders. I guess it's like Doc says "I'm living the dream"

Thanks USSR. I'm quite fond of the simple drop pointed knives also. I had one very similar to this one that I carried for a year until one of my collectors wrestled it out of my hand.

Cheers,
Fuad

Nice work Fuad - I'm really liking your damascus pieces in particular.

Thanks Roger,

I love making Damascus, and I will be ramping up my steel production soon. I'm getting a Claiborne press, and building a new shop. I may rope off my 12'x12' "Chicken Coop" that I'm working in now when I'm done, and keep it the way it is. I'm already planning the MS test knife for spring '09.

Cheers,
Fuad
