So crazy - I just drew a similar scalpel design in my sketchbook. I guess there really is nothing new under the sun.

At least I now have a standard to look at and aspire to (one day )

Cool little scalpel! Someone had a WIP here a while ago where he
called the blade shape a "harpoon point". I kind of like the idea of
a harpoon scalpel
