Hi guys
When at home, I most often use a Lansky Diamond sharpening set for my knives. I have found this to work very well. Most of my knives are being sharpened on both sides.
But I have just today gotten this Ti Ramey. It only has a bevel on one side - other side is flat flat flat.
Until now, I have avoided knives such as this i.e blades that are only sharpened on one side from the maker.
Any advice on how to properly sharpen this diminiutive beauty?
Specifically, how do I avoid "roll over" i.e. a burr on the non-sharpened side, do I just stroke along this flat side side a few times after sharpening the other side ......?
....or should I start sharpening it like my other knives - meaning making a bevel on both sides?
Bearing in mind, that this blade is titanium, does this translate into other problems, that I should be aware of regarding the sharpening part?
Thank you very much for any advice and/or comments about the knife.
