New Ti scale from the shop?

If it wasn't Friday, id call CRK and ask, but does anyone know CRK's policy on obtaining a new scale? Im interested in getting an extra slab for one of my Inkosi's. Do i have to send in the knife or do they send you out one? What do they cost?
 
I think they’ll send a presentation slab but not a lock bar slab.

Yeah, thats what i thought i remembered. Also, i think they only send out "plain Ti" slabs but WONT send out inlaid micarta, cf etc..Im going to call Monday
 
I'm interested to hear what you find out. They are not listed for sale and I am pretty sure they will not sell scales that would change the configuration-such as a CF or graphic for a PJ. There is no reason they would need the knife if they do sell them.

I'd be surprised if they sold the slab without sending the knife in. They won't sell washers because they want to fit them perfectly to the knife. I imagine that there's going to be microscopic tolerance differences with the slabs that would necessitate fitting, just like the washers, to ensure a perfect 100% fit.
 
"Sebenza blades are not automatically interchangeable. Each blade is individually fitted to each lock - that is one of the factors that sets Sebenzas apart from others!!

You should be able to switch the front face (handle slab) without a problem, but keep the blade and the lock together!

But that doesn't mean they sell the scale, which may negate if it needs to be sent in or not.
 
what about the little doohickey for the clip? so you can take the clip off
