New to Beckerhead Territory!

Hi all you Beckerhead's! I am new to the group, have made a few posts and thought I should introduce myself. Bushcraft braught me to my first, and sadly to this point in time in time, only Becker knife, a BK2. Couldn't be more happy with it. Have made a few modifications, and put a hair poppin edge on, but I will be a Becker fan forever after owning this! I plan on getting a BK5 as my next. I have lots of pictures to post but looks like I am locked out of adding attachements. I look forward to joining the group and getting to know you all. I live in Oregon City, my outdoor stomping grounds is the Hood River Wilderness and Molalla Corridor, great place to use these knives. Nice meeting all of you, I'll try to get pics up when I figure out how.

Well, let me know if I got it, tried to upload some pics for you all. This is my BK2 rig now.

Welcome to our corner of the asylum, sit down and have a few drinks. :D

I recommend photobucket for posting pictures, very easy to use and they provide IMG tagged links so all you need to do is copy and paste.
 
hi there and wecome! i have alot of knives but my first becker also a bk2 will be here this week, the folks on this forom seem to be a great bunch so have fun.

Welcome and thanks for the kind words about the Two......You cruise some beautiful country......I have spent a lot of time in and around Portland and Bend.....Absolutely lovely country......Not much ugly in Oregon.....LOL........Looking forward to your pics.........

I got a BK2 and a 9 to break into the becker realm back when I lived in Oregon. Great stuff. I'm chomping at the bit for the BK10.
 
I am also relatively new to the Becker groups... my 1st becker was a 2, asked for another 2 for Christmas, want to have one original and to mod. My 2nd purchase was the 11 but before it arrived in the mail I ordered a 15, the 11 got caught up with the postal service a few days so the 15 came in first.... Soooo my second becker was the 15. Then the 11 came in...Finally! Each one of these knives have a place in my heart. Now I just "need" the rest of them!

Congrats, and I appologize that were enabling your addiction, beforehand. My first was the 2 also, and my favorite!!!

Sorry bout that Derek, didn't mean anything by it. Won't happen again. Gonna go find something equally as weird to say.

You're going to love the BK5! It's super quick and can get nasty sharp.
Photobucket is easy to use. Use it. We must have pics...
Check out the BeckerWest threads. Held just South of you.
 
Not sure if this is the right way to go about it, please let me know. Added pics for you guys so I am trying to re post this. Let me know if this is not kosher.
