New to BFC, just wanted to introduce myself, anyone else in Taiwan?

From Los Angeles, now in Taiwan. Been playing with knives since I could buy one, but my major interest has been in cars, but during that time I've started making and modifying my own knives.
HUGE fan of Benchmade knives, I've always EDCed Benchmades, and I currently EDC a Benchmade 610 Rukus.
Now that I'm in Taiwan, I've been reading BFC a lot because the knives are REALLY expensive here, and there are a lot of fakes floating about, even in big stores so I've been wary of purchasing anything new.
Looking forward to learning a lot from you guys!

Been an admin on multiple car forums in the past, some of you may recognize my slightly modified username if you frequent car forums.
 
Drive down to Taichung about 100 clicks south of Taipei. I was reading recently that Spydercos are manufactured there. I was stationed at CCK (outside of Taichung)back during our little police action in the 60s.

I know Spydercos are made in Taichung, anyone know where in Taichung, if they have some sort of local brand/outlet, and if they are hiring? :) (or are they just outsourced?).
