New to Emerson knifes

I like the Emerson cqc10 but can't find it any were, can any one tell me what is going on, and maybe were i can find one?

i think emerson knives sells in batches. The 2009 batch is all sold out and the 2010 isnt finished or distributed.

Any idea when the 2010 knives will start to ship? I've ordered a karambit trainer from Emerson's and they said about 11 more weeks.
