New to Kelly Perfect...Need Help

I picked up a Kelly Perfect the other day. I can see the stamp WC Kelly Perfect and underneath I can make out Charleston S.... Assuming that says Charleston WV USA. There is nothing else on either side of the head to indicate that this was made after Kelly and TT merged. So is this head a prior 1930 product? It seems Kellys are very difficult to put an age to so I was hopping this page would help me out. Thank you
If I did it right, pictures should be attached to this....



 
I'm not an authority on the subject, but if it doesn't have true temper stamped on it, i'd assume that it predates the TT era. usually on those Charleston axes, the true temper stamp is on the opposite side and at the very top.
