New to knife making

Where can I buy knife steels from. I checked admiral steel and i cant figure out how to buy anything, knifekits only has Damascus, and usaknifemaker is all out of stock. I just need some 1095 and I don't wanna go to Amazon agian the quality of the steel was sub par last time
