Thanks to Lisa who graciously agreed to let me have this beauty, I now own LEFT HAND version of 2001 Annual LE Small Sebenza with BG42. My plan is to let go of my Web-sight and Starbenza both in LH and keep the wood inlay trio of Snakewood Mnandi, 2009 LE Box Elder Large Sebenza and this 2001 Small again all left handed.

Mnandi is my office carry around NKP, Small Seb is for city commute days and weekends, and the Large Seb is for camping and other outdoorsy days (just came back from 3-day camping trip).

iPhone shots in my dark apt won't do any justice to this beauty with fantastic wavy 3D effect, but here are some photos. And all fellow lefties out there, these LH LE exist. Keep looking! :)

They both have their own unique 3D textures.

Beautiful shots of her! Coincidentally, I'm a lefty (writing and eating), just not a lefty knifer...probably because there aren't many available so I learned on a righty.
Enjoy! She matched my Curly Maple walking stick, but I figured it belonged with you instead of me and it's pleasing to see her being appreciated. Plus, that sale helped me obtain my Turkish Twist..so we both benefited.

Aha. My writing was "corrected" to righty by my grandma as I practiced traditional calligraphy as kid, and did what you did for music instruments like guitar and bass because of lefty model availability, but I somehow ended up strictly lefty with knives. It is very hard to find, but I am glad CRK produces LH models even for the annual limited editions. Thanks again Lisa. She's see lots of action with me. :)

Thanks for the OP, thats a killer lineup you've got, I could understand it being more special even as it was obtained through this community.
As you mention it being difficult to take accurate shots of the depth of the 3d wood grain but youve def. stepped out on the right foot, as I think others as well as myself are able to see some of the intricacy in grain in the wood.

They are both beautiful!

You just can't beat the Annual Woody!! I prefer it to the regular for carry. I like the thicker scales.

Crmsnraider, Yeah it is nice to keep the CRK blades, especially those hard to come by within the BF community. :) I am loving the curly maple texture that 'moves' with viewing angle.

Daniel, I agree with you. I am really liking the thicker, rounder scales of Annual Sebs in use. They are supposed to be "premium blades" often kept in closets by many, but I think they are perfect for everyday tasks. The Large 2009 has seen a few camping trips already and I'm sure the 2001 Small will be put in good use as well.

My two other Small Sebs are on their way to CRK for a touch-up before being put up for adoption. ;)
