New to me Camillus BK7

I just picked up a Camillus BK7 off craigslist this week. I've been searching for a few days but not have come up with any photos of the tan finished knives with wood or micarta scales. Can anyone help with pictures?

What you're looking for is known as the "Desert" version.


Google "Desert BK7" for tons of examples. Like this one that belongs to RaisoT...

The Camillus 7 was a pretty impressive piece. I put the call out awhile back for a beat up BK7 for a skunkwerks type project Todd and I did. The seller said he had one that was a beater, I paid the man and waited patiently. The knife that arrived was a barely used Camillus BK7. It made made hesitant to cut it up. I've thought a couple times about picking up another. You've got a great tool there, use it!
