Kershaw Blur

Spyderco Delica 4
Sypderco Endura 4
Save a little more for the Spyderco Paramilitary 2 right at $100.00
Cold Steel American Lawman

We need more info such as, blade shape, size, weight, what you use it for, and whats important to you. Then you will get better answers. O and welcome.

as for blade shape, size, and weight only thing i dont want is serrations or a Tonto blade. only thing i do want it duel thumb studs and maybe a flipper and a decent steel that i can get sharp and will stay sharp easily because i have very little experience in sharpening and caring for blades. but other than that i dont have any requirements cause i dont have a standard to go by.

thanks for the help it helped alot i cant decide between cryo or skyline so im just goin to get both since they not very expensive

I have a Cryo, and posted a review of it some months back.

But here's the short version.

The Cryo is one of the best values for your money available on the market today.
Blade length is right around 2.5", and I have found that I don't need any more than that.
Retention is important to me, and the pocket clip more than meets my requirements. It would probably come loose in a parachute landing, but the knife will hold tight in just about anything short of that!
Kershaw did the heat treat right, and the edge gets toothy-sharp after a few passes over my 320 grit diamond stone. With finer grits, it should be easy for the Cryo to shave hair.
The lock bar is the same thickness as the blade, making for a very secure feeling lock. I wouldn't try to hammer the knife through a piece of wood, but it would survive the ordeal.
In all, it makes for an excellent introduction to higher quality knives, especially for someone who wants or needs something that will tolerate a little hard use.

If you have trouble sharpening your knives, I suggest looking into the Lansky stuff. I picked up the standard sharpening system early this year and it's super easy to get a nice, sharp edge. I love the old whetstones and have tried to learn the art for years but I just can't maintain the proper angle to get both sides sharp. Lansky sets are dummy-proof. I can vouch for it. ;)

I have a Cryo too. I like it as much as some of my more expensive edc knives. I agree on the sharpening topic, but I would look into a sharpmaker. There is a lot of info out there on both.

I don't think you can go wrong with the suggestions here.

Work on your sharpening skills too. There is a lot of great information here on the forum. The information shared here has really improved my sharpening skills.

Let us know what you decide!!

i did alot of things to my knives but most the time the lock would fail but i would heavily abuse them or i would take them apart and would loose apiece or just couldnt get them back together cause of the screws would strip

My recommendation, don't get started with CRK!

i looked at some but the only one i could find that i like and i couldnt get from another company made better is the CRKT Nirk Tighe 2 but its a little expensive wen i could get alot of other knife for alot cheaper and just as good if not better
