I have been collecting knives and axes for a year or 2 now and have been interested in straight razors. I finally managed to find some straight razors and the guy game me all 5 for 70 dollars. Could you guys tell me if I did good or overpaid, also any info on the companies or quality would be appreciated.

these first 4 pics are of one by Dubl Duck but there is a small piece missing and I hoping I might be able to fix it somehow.

This next one is from Rheinische Cutlery Company in Germany.

This one says Pathfinder on one side and says A.W. Wadsworth & Son, Germany on the other side.

This next one says KROPP on one side and Ground in Hamburg on the other side. The blade is badly chipped so I might use the handle to replace some damaged handle in the future.

This final one still has the original box, It says IXL Geo. Wostenholm & Son, Sheffield Eng.

Those are rough. The Pathfinder and IXL are worth cleaning up. The Krop has a decent handle and the Duck a decent blade should you care to put in some time with them. DM

Most of the blades (except the KROPP) look to be in repairable condition. Some of the scales are shot it seems though. The one side of the dubl duck doesn't look too bad (IMHO). I would keep the good one and replace the back one,Abe with a black scale
