Holy crap. first off i gotta say thanks to derrick at Knivesshipfree.com I ordered my New RC-4 3 days ago and I got it in hand today. Awesome turn around time. Well the new RC-4 fits perfect in my hand. the balance and weight are great. Came with a fairly good edge right off. Now i just gotta go find something to cut lol. My wife is 9 months pregnant of else I would be headed for the hills to try it. One question that you guys might be able to answer. My knife only came with 3 screws on the sheath. Only 4 in with the molle locks. I read that the one in hole #1 is extra. Am I missing one???
Oh and here is the new safe door I just got finished recovering in mossy oak fabric I had laying around. Notice the new toy on the PALS webbing?

great to have you aborad! yes the RC 4 is Awesome.I use the lanyard to were on my belt
I think it's more comfy. congrats on your new child on the way very soon,maybe the doc
would let you cut the cord with your new RC 4? I think it's a worthy enough blade for a task like that!
 
Good afternoon everybody! I noticed that SMP's question about the elusive fourth screw on the Kydex RC4 sheath didn't get answered yet. I checked my own newly acquired RC 4 setup and noticed the same thing on my sheath. Now, it doesn't really matter in terms of operating the knife or sheath for me, the feel, fit and finish of both is very good indeed :thumbup::thumbup:. I just think that SMP and me both wish to know wether it should be there or not...
