New to the forum and to knife making

Hello all,
I am brand new to knife making, I bought a couple of simple blades from knifekits.com. I am finding making the hanldes more difficult than I thought. Can anyone give me some advice on where I can get a DVD with basic instructions or if there are any workshops in the Phoenix AZ area that I can attend to learn how to do this.

Wecome to the forum, John. A lot of makers and very knowledgable people hang out here so your questions now and later may be answered here, but if you also check into the Maker's Forums (link below) you could get a lot more technical questions answered properly, I believe. Be sure to visit here often and show us what you are making.
