Just wanted to say Hi and that I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to chat with others with regards to blades!

I have always had a fascination with great quality knives (Chef by trade) and started collecting some time ago. I look forward to honing my skills when it comes to knowledge, purchases and I look forward to chatting soon!

I notice that you're lacking some essentials like a KaBar Becker. As a chef you'd probably appreciate the BK5 and BK15.
