I've been wanting a Sebenza since 2001. Finally, after 7 years, much drooling and dreaming, I can say that I now have my dream knife. This was a College graduation present from one of my close friends. He ordered it for me on the 12th and was suppose to arrive with 3 day shipping, but UPS delayed it until today. I guess good things come to those who wait .

Enough with the jabbering, here are the pictures! I look forward to having my new Sebenza be by my side as I start a new chapter of my life.

(BTW I had to take it to the sharpmaker right out of the box, needed to make it "mine" :p)

Congrats on graduating College AND for the Sebbie!! You have a great friend too.

Congrats on graduation. That degree will no doubt increase your economic standing, but has the potential to increase stress. My condolences on acquiring your first Sebenza. That will undoubtedly put you on a path that decreases your economic standing, but should decrease stress. There's such balance in life :D.

As an absolute aside, this is way funny -- especially if you're Asian: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpsfDTbzKwM

I'm stuck at home due to the weather (evil snow) so I figured what better way to get to know my new Sebenza then to take her apart and clean her. I'm amazed at how simple the knife is, but yet the lock up is just SOLID!

Way to go CRK! You have stolen my future income.... ;)

Forgot to metion that I switched some things around. I think it looks better this way.

Congratulations on both accomplishments.

Sebenzas are absolutely the easiest knives to d/a & r/a correctly that I have ever worked on. And the company even encourages you to do it. That's why my wife and I EDC Sebenzas.
