hello,

i have been looking for a good carry and use knife for a while. while searching i found tons of good reviews of the becker knives.

well i bit the bullet and bought 2, a bk2 and a bk11

been carrying the necker for about a week and like it very much.
the camp is still in the process of getting broken in, the sheath is really tight, i didn't want to drill the rivit like some do so i'l had it in my saddlebag in the nice texas heat half in and out to let the neck of the sheath open up some.

i'll probaly end up changing the sheath around to make it a little better for everyday belt carry, the nylon is a little floppy.

i hope to get some good use out of both of them, hopefully not much use from the necker :)

i can see getting a couple more of these things, i already like them.

if i come up with anything good i'll be sure to post something up about it. just thought i'd let yall on this forum know you have gained one more becker fan

jon, welcome. And thanks for making your first post here in the Becker forum to give us a shout.
I hope you stick around and keep us in the loop on your use of the knives. Two good choices for sure.

Use your thumb on the little "traction" area on the sheath and push with your thumb as you pull. It really helps.

Congrats on the new blades, and welcome to the forum.

Sweet man thanks for posting up. We do need pic's though. I've got a real simple monkey brain and need to see them. Yes I know what they look like, I have a couple myself, I need to see yours. It's sorta like going through a womans purse when she's not looking. And yes I've had some beer.

Welcome to Becker Knife & Tool, and thanks for making us your first post! We got a great crowd, and even better knives!

Welcome to the club.

Would that be a saddlebag on a cycle or a "hause" ?

I used to have both, just down to this guy now (and the Mustang ;) )
Got a Bk 2 there, barely see it, damn horse is so big - LOL (17 2 Dutch Warmblood)

it'd be my soft bags on a honda vfr. i'll get some pics up soom after i actually get a chance to use them....

and after 2 days of being left in the bike at work. been like 100 every day for weeks...the bk2 is pretty easy to get out now. all i did was find that spot where its not in or out of the sheath, right before it makes the click. left it sitting there buttoned in place and i didn't have to drill the rivit out
