.......The TOOL!!!!!!

Just got it yesterday and WOW!!!

Not sure when I will make it back out in the woods to really put it to work but I did use it in the kitchen a bit.

Im really surprised this design hasnt caught on with more people. I think it would totally excel at basic bush crafting chores as well a great all around cutting tool.
I threw it on the belt and carried it around the house for a few hours. Its light and compact enough that you forget its on you till you need it.
The cross draw sheath that came with is awesome as well. My orange nano striker will match the handle nicely as soon as it comes in:)

Feel free post pics of your TOOL in action.

that one looks great! Orange is quickly becoming my favorite color for JK knives, they look good.

Nice! Putting the Tool to use - and making me hungry to boot!

Orange is a great look - and easy to locate in low-light conditions - something to think about.

Thanks for the delicious looking pictures, and for posting your "I just got my knife" pictures!

Nice, thats only the third made,so in use pics might be kinda scarce.;)
I haven't used mine since last posting pics of it so I played around with photo bucket editing for this one.

Really only the 3rd one? I would have thought it was more popular then that?
It just seems like such a useful design.
Guess we just got to spread the word on JK Knives some how!!

Don`t know if anyone noticed, but Daniel`s has no extended tang. I think it is perfect for bushcrafting work.

Great looking knife. Why am I so hungry all of a sudden?

Yeah,Daniel is more modest than I am so he had his Tool's butt covered.;)

The Tool is one of many of your offerings that work for any number of tasks as we've seen over the years, but I am a just bit biased towards it.

Very nice. Congrats sir! I agree John. I think it would make a great woods bumming blade.
Exactly what I had in mind when I drew it up,an all around woods bumming knife with a bit longer blade for beating on & possible defensive use.

We should c if John would make December TOOL month!!
Let's try and get a bunch of these ordered in the month of December if John is up
for it. I'm not really sure how to post a link to this thread
in the outdoors forum. Can someone please post a link
there for me??
Thanks
Danny

Hi Danny -

Just open a new thread there - and post your impressions so far with your pictures - just like you did here.

As you use the knife and learn more about it's capabilities, then post your new pictures and thoughts in your thread.

;^)
