The light wasn't the best and it definitely doesn't do the deep, metallic Denim Blue paint any justice.

2016 Ford F-150 XLT Super Crew (Denim Blue)
2.7L Ecoboost engine
HP = 325 @ 5750 RPM, Torque = 375 @ 3,000 RPM, Fuel = City/Hwy/Combo/ 19/26/22

The last picture is a 1959 Florida license plate with the letters WW in it. (I was born and still live in Florida since 1959 and my initials are WW).

Man, if those numbers are real then I'm impressed with what Ford can do with such a small engine; especially the amount of torque available at that RPM.

Congrats....I almost bought a new Ford but the wife won and we bought an RV.

The 2.7L ecoboost scoots. I won't be pulling boats anymore just the occasional Suzuki GTX 1300 Haybusa. I just finished my 2nd tank of gas after having some fun while getting used to the turbos. I averaged 17.2 MPG with 95% being city driving.

Yes it is funny that GMC has commercials out now criticizing ford's use of Aluminum-What is GMC introducing in the 2020 Model Year-ALUMINUM

Impressive trucks, I have been thrilled with mine. I drive a Ford diesel most days, but also have a 2016 Platinum 4x4 F150 like yours. It sets most days, but a few weeks ago I had to make a 2500 mile loop from home (Southwest, MO) into Northern Wisconsin down to Chattanooga and home via Southern Arkansas. I pulled about a 7500 lb load the entire trip and left the cruise set on 76 for 95% of the drive. Average mileage for the trip was just over 12 mpg. I got nearly 2 mpg better than that until I got into the mountains of TN and AR. Enjoy it, they are truly impressive. They put the ecoboost on their bigger gas engines and I will start selling the diesel rigs out of our fleet.

Congrats. The Ecoboost does just fine around town and whatnot, but watch out if you start towing any reasonably heavy loads (3,000# +). The gas mileage falls through the floor (worse than any V8), and the turbos really start to heat up. Enjoy her! :thumbup:

Don't know about that, I had to stick with the V8 though, guess I am old school

I bought a 2015 F350 diesel almost 2 years ago for pulling horse trailers around. I love what Ford did with their diesels. Thing has more power than I will ever use and runs pretty stead around 13 mpg. Of course I rarely go anywhere too far away so most of the mileage has been within 50 trips at most. She sure will get up and go if you stomp on it too.
