:D picked this up, found it on Craigslist. Like new condition. One of my Hobbies is mini bikes, I know it sounds kinda dumb but they are fun and uber cheap to chop and mod. I'll probably add atleast a custom exhaust, maybe custom handlebars, fenders, might rake out the forks.

Sooo shouldn't you be buying furniture you n33b? That does sound fun though... do a WIP, I'd like to see what you come up with

Will, there is an abundance of free furniture on craigslist and freecycle, plus I can sit on this and eat my cereal :D

Will do a WIP, will be fun.

Looks BADASS :D :o 8-)

Partly why it looks badass :D

Good things I learned about a mini bike chop, I could lift the bike by myself and set it on the table, I could remove the motor with one hand, I can fab an awesome exhaust in about 1.5 hours. I'll be wrapping the exhaust too in some of that heat wrap, leftovers from my Brother's turbo redtop.

Got alot of carbon black on the plug, was told that's a rich mixture. Plus there's a tuning screw on the carb.

Move the flap on the blower more open..... oh wait, that's a forge. I'll have to wait until I get home to see the pictures.

Dan thanks for that video those guys are awesome! I thinnk I know what my next project is :D :D

Thanks Burton :D

if there's only one that's idle mixture. clean your plug, run it as far as you can at half throttle (actually riding ) hit the kill switch and once you stop moving pull the plug and look at it, then repeat at full throttle

I'll have to try that Page, have to find a big enough open area.

Got the clutch cover fabbed and finished tonight, much better than the old plastic one. It's bronze, with cut, drilled and stamped decorations.
