The Australian Broadcasting Corporation recently broadcast this interesting story on new training methods being used on Nepal's working Elephants.
"Elephants are admired for their strength, intelligence and memory, but to live and work with such powerful animals they must be trained.
"In Nepal this is done using centuries old techniques passed from one generation to the next, but these methods can be cruel and sometimes ineffective.
"Here is a report on an incredible story of how an Australian horse trainer applying science to revolutionise the way Nepalese elephants are trained."
