Got my Umnum in the mail a while ago and I am very pleased. It is a lot beefier and bigger than I thought from looking at pic's and video's.

It feels like this knife could handle pretty much any situation you could throw at it. I cant wait to put it through the paces.

I have a Seb coming tomorrow cant wait to check that one out.

CRK has a new fan in me.

I think if you give the Umnum some carry time you will be very happy with it.

I edc mine in a leather CRK sheath for in pocket carry during the week in the office.

It constantly bumps the Sebenza out of my pocket.

The more you use it the better it looks.

If you think that it's a beefy knife, you should check out the tanto version.

The small difference of a blade profile makes it even thicker at the tip but the nice thing about it is that it's convexed.

I am going to check that out. I am really starting to like this knife. Only had it one day, but I feel kind of bad for my Sebenza coming in the mail, I am not sure how it could live up to the bar this knife set.

I like the Umnumzaan a lot, I don't get near as much use out of the Sebenzas since I got it.

I just got my Umnumzaan in the mail yesterday. Birthdate of 2/23/11 and it came in S35VN. I got it from knifeart.com. Hope this helps...

I just sent Knife Art an email to see if they had any with S35vn. I'm looking to buy one in this blade steel.

My Umnum has completely taken over as my EDC. I can not get it out of my pocket no matter how hard I try.

Useless without pics.

The Umnumzaan is a great knife. My only complaint is that the clip can cause a hotspot on the hand if used without gloves for an extended period of time. It's hard for me to imagine the need for a "heavier duty" knife than an Umnumzaan. The Sebenza may be a better slicer, but the Umnum gives a bit more confidence in the hand--not that I ever suspect the Sebenza of failing :)

This one just came to my attention. Mistake, mistake, mistake! The information on this card is not correct. We have not yet made any Umnumzaans with S35VN. They are coming soon but not yet! Sorry to raise hopes and sorry to have made the mistake but I do want to set the record straight!

Nice pic, I contacted the maker of the backspacer and wanna get one for my umnumzaan as well as for a sebenza. It looks like it will give the zaan grip all the way around when added..........Nice "white" O-Rings as well :)
