I was given lots of old cedar here recently. I like to build things and lots of folks around here know so I sometimes get free material
Well I was out yesterday making a few bat houses and bird houses. I had everything BUT a scribe or a carpenters pencil. So I used what I had on hand, my Spyderco Matriarch. Turns out the curved tip work very well making cut lines with a square. It lasted through 4 bird houses and 2 bat houses with no ill effect.
It started to drizzle a bit yesterday hence the drops of water on the blade.
