Wow, its been a while since ive been able to sign on to BF.com and check stuff out..Ive been working out of a camp in northern AB and havent had the time or oppourtunity to get my fix!

Anyway, after returning home i immediately went to the shop and bought a new user for my ESEE rotation i have going on. An ESEE 6. I wasnt sure weather or not i would like it, as the my RC 5 and Junglas have the size gap covered IMO, but i actually really enjoy the 6..When i choke up on the grip and use the choil it actually fits my hand comfortably. It makes sense why the 6 is so popular, albeit not as popular as the 3 but hey.

anyway i have not gotten to go out and use it yet as the work hasnt stopped and its been hair strait back since i got home, but i assure you that next time i go out it will be on my drop leg instead of the RC 5.

anyway, thanks for your time! I guess now that i have the 6 i own every knife ESEE makes...* sigh*

Congrats! The 6 is a nice knife. Nice sized blade, but not overly heavy. Balances very well.
 
There are always alternate color combinations that you may not have.....

...and different blade combos!

...and different sheaths!

...and two different hands that each need a blade!

Always a way to spend more money and acquire more toys!
 
Looks nice. I've been googling over all the pics of the 6 on the forum and ended up ordering one a few days ago. Based on yours and everyone else's feedback I'm confident It will be replacing a few others in my collection.
 
Congrats on the 6! I've got one as well and love it, it's also great to see another Albertan on the forums!

The ESEE 6 is one of the best in the line.

You are not a real knife person without it!:D
 
Welcome to the 6 Buddy !! It'll serve you well in the bush. Baton and beat the heck out of it and you'll see for yourself !

Excellent choice on the 6 there. Probably my next purchase. :)

Well, maybe a 3 and Izula, but well see about that. :D
 
It's a big mofo isn't it... It's on my wanted list, but first the Izula (unless I come across a nice deal offcourse :D)
