New version clips

The first question I would like to know is, How are the insert's attached to the handle for the clip to screw into? How hard or easy is it to pull them out? This concern has been my only reason for not buying any of the newer style knives yet.
Ive had Benchmade knives where the inserts have been yanked out of the handle when Ive caught the clip on something.

I'm not sure what insert you are refering to. The screws that hold the clip onto the handle work very well. I have yet to see a knife returned for the reason. I have carried the same medium voyager for over a year and have had no problems with it.
 
Well, maybe Im wrong in assuming that there are any inserts. I am refering to clip screws and what they are screwed into.
On most knives there is a brass or steel female insert of some sort inbedded into the handle.
Some of these are not too hard to have pulled out when the clip gets hung up.
