First let me start this thread by thanking Yangdu. Her customer service is second to none.
Today I received a 16.5" WWII & a 15" AK with wood handles. In a way I
wish these had been my first ones, because to me this is what a Khuk is
supposed to be.
Villagers with the rough satin finish and the silver fittings seem more pure.
Closer to the original WWII I already have.
For me a collector of WWII era mil-surp rifles, the difference between a
Villager and a polished and gold HI Khuk is like a combat rifle and a drill
rifle. Both are completely functional but you know which one is going to
be doing the dirty work.
Thanks again Yangdu
