I let a friend have my beagles a wile back because I wasn't hunting them enough time do to back problems. I have been thinking a small terrier would fit what I wanted. So I was looking through craigslist and found an add for a jack russel he had it rough already . His leg had been broke but was set and healed and had been left by his owner when he broke up with a girl friend and he is only ten months old. I was looking for a younger pup but this guy looked like he could be my buddy so we took a road trip 30 miles to have a look. Well we hit it off so I have a new roaming buddy and he has a solid home this is the only pic I have right now from the email I got from the girl friend ( can't find my camera cord)

Oh man now your in trouble...have you not followed my threads about Snicker !!!!!!

Great looking dog buddy !

We have a 3/4 lab named Brie who is great to roam with if you walk from home she doesn't travel well. when we moved we had to haul her 2 hours we got her traquilizers from the vet. the wife got her at 3 weeks old and botttle fed her. I also think if she thought some one was hurting my wife she would have them for lunch. We also have a 1/2 cocker spaniel 1/2 shih tzu Deacon likes to ride, but goes and sits under the wifes feet at the sight of a fire arm I have started Austin around a air rifle and it doesn't bother him. 22 shorts with treats are next shoot , give him a treat. get him thinking loud noise equals goodies. like I said I was really looking for a young pup, but he just looked like he needed some one

Taking in a rescue is one of the best things a person can do. You both know something good has happened. :)
