I picked up a couple of new stamps at the leather trade show in Wichita Falls, TX last week. Wayne makes some of the best and sharpest stamps available today. This one is sort of a curved triangle, and you can pick it out if you train your eye to see other than what is left behind after the stamp is set. All of the "flower petals" are what's left after the stamp goes on. Illustrated below on a new sheath headed for the United Kingdom.

Paul that is beautiful - never get tired of seeing your work, it's always off the hook.:cool:

That's a beauty Paul...my eye would take a lot of training before I could get that one right.

Thanks, Al and Rick. Wayne truly does makes some of the best geometrics and fantastic basket stamps I've ever seen and used.

Al, be sure and post some more of your work. We'll help you get your name out there.

Larry, I wish I had known you were in Wichita Falls that week end, I would have liked to meet you face to face and spend a little time together.

I came home with a new Cobra 4 stitcher along with a lot of other goodies. Picked up quite a large selection of various exotic skins and hides from Jerry Van Amburg also.

Paul, I took the guy I worked for down to the show. I worked for him for 20yrs. We always go down right when they open and stay until afternoon then I take him back home. I bought a cobra 4 2ys back and dedicated it to sheaths ect. I also have a pro 2000, left it for the heavier jobs. I have a Landis 16 and a seiko flat top machine.
I would like to shoot the breeze as it were. I picked up some Gator from Mark Staton, and a nice large piece of elephant also. Got some stuff from Douglas and Sheridan Leather too, over ran my budget as usual. Ever once in a while I get to San Antonio area mabe we will connect sometime. Larry.
