Sal and Company,

GREAT JOB on the new website!!!! I'm a software developer, so I know a little about what it takes to get a good site up and running. Man, the intro blew me away. The organization and the speed that it runs at is simply top notch! Congrats!

Try deleting your browsers cache. Then you should see the new web page.

OK, I deleted my cache files even though I knew full well that wasn't the problem. I haven't been to spyderco.com for at least a month. And when I hit the page earlier I clicked on several links. I could see them loading on the external ISDN modem.

The home page does have more links now. The "style" seems the same though. And about the only place I ever go is "Products" and that page looks the exact same. So does the "Cutlery" page. Takes a while to load because of all the knife pics. I'm not saying the site isn't looking better but I thought it was going to be some new "redesign." I don't see that at all.

I love the new look & feel. Very nice job, Sal & crew. I do, however, have a suggestion & a question.

You might want to consider adding an explicit "Product Catalog" link from the main Product page rather than requiring visitors to first click either the "Spyderco Dealers" or "Shop Factory Store" links. Although the description for each link includes "...view Spyderco products..", the current layout assumes that people are going to take the time to read them.

I noticed that pictures of the Almite Navigator, the Civilian & the Matriarch models are missing. Will these be added in the near future?

Very nice indeed.

I did run into a problem. I could not send any e-mail through the "contact us" link. It was returned and the note said the address was not recognized.

Greetings!
The new site is a work in progress. I was made aware of the email problem today and have already taken the first step in fixing the problem. There will be no images of Civilians or Matriarchs on the site. There are, however, still more images to add to the site, hopefully this coming week: new Almite Navigator, knife stands, Gunting Trainers, bench stones, plus discontinued models.
Stay tuned.......
Aloha~
