Comments, anyone? I'm too much of a traditionalist, so I'm not sold on them yet. Perhaps when I can handle them. Otherwise, I hope they've changed their knife steel to what Victorinox uses ;)

They are called EVO GRIPs and they still have the regular EVO line without the inserts. I like them a lot. The inserts are not sticky or cheesy but give a nice extra feel.
