New Wilson 21 Coming

Well I was supposed to go to Blade and I was pretty psyched; had room reservations, etc. Anyway I went running Tuesday morning and got bit by a cat. I know right. It was a neighborhood cat that I knew, stopped to pet him, very playful as usual, then he hissed-my mistake, I should've stopped. I didn't and wham, he bit. By Wednesday afternoon I'm in the hospital and didn't get released till Friday afternoon. Wife nixed my plans. Sad story, happy ending.

So after adding up what I saved by not going to Blade, I ordered a new large, Wilson 21 and know I still saved money. I've got 2 small Wilsons, and soon a large to go with em.

So I didn't get to see the Inkosi but I probably wouldn't have bought a Wilson either. There is always next year and unlike the cat I'm not on quarantine for the next 5 days.

I really love my Sebs and Zaan with the double lugs. I really just wanted a plain Jane 21 with dbl silver lugs from True North but they must be out of stock. I didn't get an answer after 3 inquiries on if and when they would get more, so for now that's on hold.

Anybody with both have a preference?
 
I have both - a large plain Jane 21 and a Zaan (and a Star-Tac). Personally, if I could only keep one, it would be the Large Seb 21. The Zaan does have a stouter blade and would be better for certain applications.
 
when I read the title, because of blade going on, I thought there was a new WC model lol.

Cats have such small teeth and when they bite you will get a bad infection. I hope you are OK from your adventure.

Yes thank you. I was pretty surprised to find that their bite was far worse than a dog's. It's certainly made me more cautious.
 
Did the cat tear you up? Or were you hospitalized over the infection?

edit: I have been lusting over the wilson sebenzas lately!
