I am a huge fan of the Nessmuk design, and almost always have a Mild Hump on my blades. The word Nessmuk means Wood Drake in the Narragansett Indian language. I recently sat down with a friend and drew up the design I call PETRA if you are interested that thread can be found here: CLICK ME The Wood Drake is a modified version of that design.
I plan on making more of these, the one in Ironwood (Not two tone) is going to be my user. I plan on putting it through the paces over the next few weeks.
Specs:
Steel: 1/8" 1080
OAL: 9"
Blade: 4.5" (Tip to Choil)
Pins: 1/4" Aluminum Tubing & 1/8" Nickel
Wood Drake wearing Ironwood (My user)
Wearing Brown Mallee Burl & Ironwood Burl
Wearing Maple Burl and Ironwood
Comments welcome...
