Got my woodkarver in from John today, SUPER HAPPY with it. The tiger maple looks awesome, the knife feels great, now it's time to carve something.

Got mine in today also!
I prefer the durability of micarta, but tiger maple is always a winner IMO.
 
Awesome knife cadillac....enjoy it! I wound up with the original one and it is a great one to have
 
I got out and played with my 3 newest JKs today and carved a Pear with the Carver.
