So I finally got around to re-doing the wrap on my Becker BK14 EsKabar, and I'm so happy with how it turned out that I feel compelled to share with you fine folk [emoji1]

This is my first attempt at using two separate strands in different colors for a fishtail handle wrap, so I'm still working on the finishing piece, but for now I melted the four ends on each side of the blade's pommel.

I used OD Green 750 and Fall Camo 550, and the subtle differences in the cord thickness makes the grip that much more substantial. I'm really looking forward to taking this little guy out in the field for some real roughneck work.

What do you guys think? [emoji1]

Looks great!I just stripped mine and it left this nice grayish finish...this wrap would look great on mine.

Stripping the blade is my next undertaking... Don't know that I'll strip the entire knife, but probably just down to the choil or the upper base of the guard. And thanks! :D

Really nice looking wrap. I'm a little jealous. I've watched a dozen youtube video's and I just can't master it. Great Job!!!

That came out cool. Never though of two different sizes.
