new wrap on my izula

i re-wrapped my izula but wanted something different so i used hemp cord. it seems to offer better grip than paracord but i don't know how it will hold up.

Interesting, and I like it. Would never actually do it to one of my Izula's, cause I think I would be replacing the cord a lot (I am very rough on my Izula's, they like it ).

Does give the knife a rustic look, even if it is pink.... :/

you are right about the pink. i would like to see it on OD or black.

Great idea Wheatus. Hemp cord is grippy and absorbent. If it doesn't fray quickly you're GTG. Please report back after you've used it for a while.

Nice, that's what's so fun about the Izula. You can use a lot of different things to wrap it, just use your imagination.

one week and it has held up well. the hemp has stretched and softened a little but still offers an excellent grip. daily carry in my pocket full of junk, helped out with some yard work, and some thanksgiving food prep.
