Here is my review of the highly anticipated and fictionalised Wrenchmade 'Teufelsdröckh' Smatchet. This thing is so awesome that it will cut your eyeballs out if you look at it too long, so for your own safety, there will be no pix...

The Wrenchmade 'Teufelsdröckh' Smatchet is a 6.6-pound steel behemoth. Its 13” drop-point blade is made of Heavy Metal that was heat-treated in sheeple-fear and quenched in the tears of small children. The spine is a full half inch wide and tapers into a high hollow grind that runs down the entire five inch wide blade. Jimping consists of fish hooks, barbed wire and animal teeth: guaranteed to grip to your flesh… and not let go. Not sure why, but this thing also requires diesel fuel.

Oh, and G10 scales (also available in orange.)

That’s about as far as I could get before the convulsions took over. Have a happy smiley day! :)

LOL. I want to rock one of those with the orange scale(s). Hmm, is it one or two scales? If I recall correctly from the article in Blade magazine the prototype had a tritanium slab on one side. Also, like I said my memory is a little fuzzy, I believe the prototype generated a forcefield that ran on diesel. I rememer thinking that no way would they ever bring that to production.
