Just curious about the new x-tract that is just on the market. Anyone been able to get their hands on one yet? I like the design and the fact that they didn't try to include a million useless do-daddies like a SAK. Screwdrivers, pliers, bottle opener...Mcgyver-ish enough for me! The price is pretty reasonable, is it an import?

Imported from china.
I have been edc'ng one for 3 weeks.
It carries nice with the horizontal sheath.
The pliers / wire cutters will handle 16 gauge wire and strip 10 ga wire,
actually strips wire well.
They hold small objects and you have control with them.
The blade is holding up to cutting boxes and paper some rope,i haven't sharpened it ....it needs a little touch up.
I have used the phillips screw driver and it bites very well.
I haven't used the standard screwdriver .
It is not made for tight spaces, but has saved me many trips to the tool box.

Well obviously I haven't mastered the search function yet, thanks WH4F. That's some good info E3, sounds like you're giving the x-tract a good workout. Great pics too.

Cool Triple E.
I like that 110 too!
Hey, never being happy, can you post a pic of the sheath (front and back)?
I think I may get one and throw it in the saddle bag.

Here you go Goose...horizantal,vertical,front,back,on the belt both ways...
and comparing it to my other EDC's.....now you know why you can't BG42.:D

Hey THANKS for taking all the pics and with comparisons EEE!!!!

It looks like that x-tract sheath will hold a 112 (?)

If I don't find any thing cool while sitting on the dock of The "BAY" this weekend, maybe I'll git me wun.

That sheath for the Xtract looks alot like the code 3 sheath? Same size??

Goose I already found something cool you want its in your messages...
You will have to git u wun next munth :D LOL
Good luck!
I'm not sure what I like more your posts or your avatars? :D

Goose,,, a 112 will fit in a 560 V/H carry sheath. Stuff a little wadding in the bottom to keep the 112 from going too far in.

Same probably hold true for that V/H carry sheath that came in the 110 Wally Tins. Didn't try it...

I know this thread is a bit old, but there was a question I wanted to ask Evil Eye Earl, or other Xtract owners. I´m thinking of buying the X-tract as a gift for my brother, he is a leftie, therefore ambidextrous opening would be a requirement.

Does the main blade have thumbstuds on both sides?

The main blade has only one thumb stud....set uo for a righty.
