Today my new standard XM-18 arrived.This one will be my EDC and my last score 'till funds allow another one if I can find one.They truely are an addiction.I praise myself very lucky to own them.
It is a standard spanto of course,and the blade and Ti is tumbled.
The G10 is black with grey,very nice combo.
Steel is the new CTS-XHP.This is exteremely sharp,especially after giving it a bit of time on the strop.It flips as smooth as my customs.real value for $
All the talk about it being mid tech now may be correct,but it still is one hell of a knife.As a user this is as good as it gets.
With the 2 customs I bought prior to this standard I didn't have the feeling of go ahead and (a)buse me,this one does.
Strictly speaking there are 4 Hinderers now,I ordered the tool too.It's a handy little one,and up to the job.
