I would think a Carnivore cub would sell better than the pioneer series. The pioneers are nice, but not as ergonomic as a Carnivore. Hopefully the ergonomics will translate well into a smaller package. On the other hand a Carnivore cub would be a different genre than the pioneers. I think the pioneers are more utilitarian while the Carnivore cub should be more defense oriented. You bring up a good point. Only time will tell for sure.

Yes, I could get into a Carnivour Cub had it a less than 3" blade, given that it would supplement a full-sized Carnivour for carry in DC, where the limit is 3".
