if busse came, who'd go?
i'm sure a few of us who are relatively local would be there, who else would make the trip?

Since I am new to Busses, I would definitely make the pilgrimage. Would be great to check out their product line in person.

I'd love to make that one, if Busse came it'd be REAL hard for me to stay home...

Its a pretty good show. I make it every year. Love to see the Gang (Busse) there!

It's going to take Jerry at least a year to get over his hang over so I doubt he'll be coming.:p

The New York shows look better with Busse there. And with Chris Reeve. And with a lot of other production companies. Unfortunately, we ain't good enough to mix with the customs and there's no NYC Production Knife Show. :(

Sorry, just saw a chance to play a little bit with your post and ran with it! :) I'd love to see Busse go there... I'm in Philly, so that would be close enough to get to every year. Busse does do sweet customs, but I hear the the NYCK show is more 'upscale' generally speaking, with high-end customs by custom knifemakers... Is this right in terms of description?

Yes. I think it's too restrictive that way. They want people focused on the customs. I think they're locking out the intermediate buyers, the beginners' end of the hobby.

Count me in! If Busse's aren't High-End knives, I don't know what are!! They're Beautiful, in a Manly way, and NOTHING CAN OUTCUT THEM!!!
