New York is going to be an exciting show for us this year. Since I missed the Blade West Show due to an injury, this will be our first show in many months.
New York is always a great show and I always look forward to it. This year I will be introducing three new knives, the Fixed Blade Karambit, The CQC-11 and the CQC-12.
If everything goes according to plan I hope to have at least a couple of each model. They are all great knives and Im working furiously to have them ready for a New York debut.
I know youll like them, they are good strong go ahead knives that will be great additions to the custom line.
New York will be a big show for us and I will have a good selection of knives. However, there are some big changes going on at Emerson Knives and I will be able to spend little time, if any, working on custom knives for the foreseeable future. We are growing, expanding and going through some major personnel changes. This will be taxing 100% of my time for all of the foreseeable future and I will be back to 6 days a week 12 hours a day involvement in company work.
Sorry, but this is just the nature of business and I guess the growing pains of success. Its a good thing for Emerson Knives Inc. but Im bummed about the custom side, as I was really back in the groove with the custom work.
Hope to see all of the East Coast Suspects in Full force.
I will provide photos and information as soon as it is available of the new additions to the CQC knives.
Best Regards,
Ernest R. Emerson
